Thumbs up 25 Apps I put on my new Streak - 10-01-2010, 04:52 PM

After getting the basics of my new streak going, I started adding Apps. I found some amazing and great apps. I thought I would share. (I'm on 1.6 and will not upgrade till Froyo)

Alphabetical order, kind of.

1. Barcode Scanner (must have)
2. 3G watchdog. (must have for ATT) puts usage on your bar
3. Angry Birds (fun game)
4. Astrid Tasks (to do list, very detailed)
5. Audible. ( I have a big library of Audible books)
6. BeyondPod (RSS reader)
7. Bump
8. Bonsai Blast (fun game)
9. Calorie Counter (always on a diet, syncs with Fat Secret)
10. CardioTrainer (goes nicely with Calorie counter)
11. FxCamera (Nice enhanced camera App)
12. Google Sky Map (Amazingly Cool!)
13. JEFIT (Workout tracker, custom routines)
14. Jewels (fun game)
15. Kindle (my wife has one, now I can read books she paid for)
16. No Lock (Lets you easily disable the auto screen lock when you want)
17. Photoshop Express
18. Ringdroid (make any mp3 on your device a ring tone that isn't DMR)
19. Rizon (simple program giving Sunrise and Sunset, especially nice in AK)
20. Rockplayer (plays all types of video)
21. Sportstap (scores)
22. Talk To Me (Amazing translator. Say something in english, it says it in Spanish or French. Can even translate to Chinese)
23. Wheres My Droid (finds your Streak by GPS if lost or make it ring while on silent mode by txt message)
24. Yelp
25. 3 (AKA cubed music player, nice graphic interface and gets album art)

Loving my Streak!

I'm using the arcMedia alternative, works rather well, no ads, and oddly, FREE. o.o (How they managed to avoid cost I'll never know"

Once again a proud Streak Owner
