My Mini9 on 10.6.2 (monolingual-ed and manually pruned) with sundry 3rd party applications is eating up 6.54GB. Seeing you really don't get a full 8GB of disk space due to formatting, the 1.5GB free seems reasonable. So, maybe get xslimmer and run it? Some of these things I do to keep the disk usage down: Computer refuses to turn on... Operating system full? Trimming logs and caches can help. MINI Cooper '02 | 1.6L | CVT | Moonroof | Red w/ White Stripes Want the ALC268 mini 9 sound fix? Get it here http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2377323/Mini9SoundPatch.zip |
