Default System freezes after 10 seconds from returning from sleep - 01-08-2010, 04:53 PM

I have looked through lots of different topics on the forum
and could not find a solution to why my mini is freezing after I return
it from sleep within 10 seconds.

When I close the lid the light indicator starts pulsing.
Then when I open the lid the system comes back and wifi connects but
when I try to click on anything the system freezes within 10 seconds and
I can not do anything but a hard reset.

might anyone know of a way to fix this or point me to another post by someone.

And one more thing is there a way to not make the mini go to sleep when lid closed
for temporary until I find a solution.

Have you disabled USB Legacy Mode in the BIOS?

Yes usb legacy is disabled. I knew someone was going to ask that.

That is not the problem causing it so not sure
what it could be. Must keep searching forums answer must be here somewhere

You probably have already tried these but if not:

Rerun NBI and select rebuild DSTD
Rerun NBI and reinstall extensions
Use Disk Utility to repair permissions

one of them might help.
