Default RollBack Mini 9 for shipping to dell - 11-16-2009, 09:22 PM

Just looking to get some advice on what to do before sending my hackintoshed mini 9 back to dell to fix a hardware issue...the power plug broke off in the computer and has to be sent back to them to fix..

is there a simple way to set computer back to original....rather then having any warranty issues having hackintoshed it?

there shouldnt be any warranty issues with os x install because obviously os x didnt cause the plug to fail.

Just take out the SSD and ship it back without it.

Don't worry about it, Dell doesn't care what OS is on it, they even link to MDM from their community blog every once and a while. Honestly, I think Dell's pretty happy with the hackintosh community, I doubt they would have sold as many Mini 9's and 10v's without us

sorry to resurrect this, but does anyone know this for sure? i have to send mine in and don't want a claim denied on it, but i'd rather keep the os as-is as it runs great.
