I have a Mini 9 upgraded to Sl 10.6.0 went to update to 10.6.1 ended up at 10.6.2 and system is non functional.

I tryed to Reinstall using NBM rc3 like i did orignal install i get the first apple screen then the color screen then the beach ball of doom. Can not get to disk unitly to knock out previous install and start over. So i booted a live linux usb to formatte the drive thinking it was something on the drive. But i still have the same issue. Kinda odd thign happend on the linux live it tells me that sleep image is to old every couple of minutes when it trys to sleep. Could the sleep image from SL be stuck in the ram?

I am getting no where here i just want to get back to my nice stable 10.5 install. anyone have any suggestions. I have access to MPB but not a windows. so anything that would require windows to fix i can not do.

Ok i was able to Linux to install so the SSD is still good, Like i said in other post using the same usb to used the first time to install OSX i get the same thing i get to the colored background and then the spinning beach ball of doom and nothing else.

Ok i changes OS back to Xp and it seems to be working ok. Only crashed 2 time in the last few hours. Same as it did when i got it from dell. I bought a new 8 gig flash drive and tryed to do the install of osx again. Same thing as last time it boots start to load the select language screen then i get the beach ball of doom and it never goes any further i have tryied netbookloader rc2 and rc3 and get the same thing with both.


Odd thing is it worked flawlessly with same disk and boot loader the first time. Then did upgrade to SL forgot to turn off auto updates and got seeded 10.6.2 and crashed. have not been able to get OSX to install since nither 10.5 or 10.6
