I agree! I have been wondering that as well. Just did a SL install for a friend on his 10V he got from the Dell outlet. I was pretty impressed with the NetBookInstaller 1 USB install method, and the machine itself. It was the first install I have done since the Boot 1-2-3 "Type 11" external DVD method when I did my Mini 9 a year ago. I have since updated it to DellEFI, and everything runs great, so I never bothered to change to NBI. I would like to upgrade to Snow Leopard as well, but was hoping it was plug and go like the 10V installation was, with everything working with out loading extra kexts and mucking about in terminal. Also, I want to do an upgrade, not a fresh install. I have run a year with no crashes or data loss, and I don't want to start from scratch. (I do use Time Machine just in case!) Is the Mini 9 there, or are there still the audio issues?
Thanks to the developers for all the hard work! The NBI install I did this week has come a LONG way from the Type11 install I did this time last year! (no disrespect to Type11!)
