Re: "Doesnt seem to be stepping after kext install". You have to run update extra even if you used kext helper to install it. Update: Took the plunge, installed CPU-i and all seems to be working okay, see the speeds go up and down as would be expected as I load the system down. One question I do have, why would anyone want to use the throttle option, is that to limit the max speed below the processor's max to really increase battery life? voodoopowermini.kext noob question |
