Default Swap bluetooth for wwan? - 06-10-2009, 07:04 PM

I got my mini 9 a few weeks ago, I finally got freash copy of XP installed, seems to run pretty good off of the 32GB stec ssd that came installed.

Most people probably already know but the Verizon USB720 is supposed to be a PCI-E card with a usb adapter in a plastic case. What I am hoping to do is dissasemble the USB720 and remove the bluetooth module so that I can reuse the cable for the USB720.

Does anybody know is the bluetooth module actually usb connected. My other option I guess would be the 1.3M camera is that usb?

Thanks for that info, somebody should slap me with the search button though I found this thread after posting my question.

Bluetooth cable pinout

Humm...according to this document it runs off 5v but that is in an unmodified form, is there an easy 5V to tap into? The soldering iron I have is not too good for detailed work.
