I have the 32 GB Super Talent, and it is definitely fast enough for me. The write speeds are lower than on the Runcores, as are the reads, at least on paper, though, but my mini 9 can boot Mac OS X in 30 seconds from a cold boot, and apps launch quickly. I dual boot OS X and Windows 7, and I installed the flash point drivers. I am now getting write speeds above 400 MB/s! Read speeds are the same.
I don't have any experience with the Runcores, but I think you'll be very happy with the ST. And the 32 GB model is the same price as the 16 GB Runcore, at Newegg.
