Default Upgrade? - 05-25-2009, 01:55 AM

Sorry to impose my lack of knowledge on this subject all, but I am looking to upgrade my Mini and came across this and wanted to know if this is an option to work with or should I dismiss it, thanks for any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum

Do a search and you'll see these benchmark slow. The Run Core is the fastest rated SSD.

Thank you for the welcome! I agree its slower but in all honesty it is not really my concern. I also understand that the Run Core are best but I am looking at something on a budget so just wondering if lacking the speed issue, if this would be worth the price or would I be better off using an SDHC, maybe in the same GB range instead.

The SuperTalent is about that price (paid perhaps $5 more on eBay for it) and I like it. Not quite as fast as my RunCore but quite usable in my mini.

The SuperTalent seems to be one of the best in it's price range.
