Having value is only the eyes of the person who can use it.

I bought a dell 4gb to goof around with. I dont really feel like goofing around with an OS I need. Instead, 4 screws and I have something I can "crash" and rebuild so I can learn an OS faster.

That doesn't seem practical to me, and I'd guess that the controller is programmed for the original size.
