Its is 8% live cashback now

But here is how you can get it.

1. Go to live.com
2. Search for "xbox".
3. You should see "light brown/grey" box up top which says "you may get 8% cashback with Paypal if eligible".
4. Click on that link and that should take you to ebay.
5. change you search critera to find the miniu bluetooth module.
6. Make sure it is showing the cashback amount through the purchase and checkout process.
7. After purchase you should recieve an ebay message about how to get the cashback.

Which OS are you using? For me, Win7 and OSX saw the BT module right away and installed drivers immediately without needing to find any off the net ... :|

EDIT: Also make sure you turn on BT (Enable) in the BIOS.

Also make sure to enable wireless and BT with the wireless select switch app if installed. BT is disabled by default. I believe you can also enable them with "Fn + 2".

i figured it out...

the autorun of the R197396 driver off the dell website gave an error that the software was not for this hardware and to contact dell for support.

but i manually went to the folder and ran the file and the software installed properly and it is working now ... if anybody else has this problem here is the path to get to the file that installed the software properly.. (in XP)

C: > dell > drivers > R197396 > win32 > Inst.exe

for some reason setup.exe would not work.

thanks for the quick help...

I purchased this and installed it last night onto a Mini 9 that I have installed OS X onto. It was immediately recognized by OS X, but I'm having some trouble using it to tether a blackberry bold. It seems to pair correctly with the blackberry. And, when I gave it connection scripts and set it up similarly to a macbook i have used to tether to the bberry it will connect, authenticate and recieve a small amount of data (like half of the front page of NYT.com). It will then stop sending and recieving, if I try to disconnect it it will say "disconnecting" but not stop doing that until I restart the machine. If i try to put it to sleep it will go to sleep (I think) but on reawakening will say PPP error. Anyone seen anything like this? Any idea if its a hardware/software/bios issue. I am running bios A04 so I was thinking upgrading might do something - also I disabled USB legacy support if that is relevant. Thanks for any help.

There are a number of bluetooth issues that appeared in 10.5.6, including pan networking. These are supposedly fixed in 10.5.7 ... I considered downgrading to 10.5.5 due to this, but am too lazy and have just been tethering my phone via usb.
