Not if you connect it to a hub and then back to the webcam.

yes, all ports are there. The only optional port is the wwan, everything else is standardized

While the webcam is some sort of weird connector, it seemed as though the bluetooth jack is a standard 8pin.

yes, the bluetooth is a standard Molex Panelmate 8 pin connector. The problem is the cost of the terminals and crimper. Molex is quite proud of their tools, the cheapest crimper for these is $300 and each terminal is around $1. So for every one that I could sell, I would be out $5 in molex parts alone plus I would need to make enough back to pay for the tool, wire and other hardware. It just isnt realistic right now.

You might not be out $5. It depends how much we would be willing to pay for it. I'm tempted to buy the whole kit and just use the hub and cables-I have no need for a touch screen.

BUMP!

gospeed.racer,

I see you talking about internal usb hubs on other forums. Help me out here. This part, do you know where I can find it?

You spoke of internal usb hub mods, but you never give model numbers.

A little late to reply maybe.. but I just got my mini 910 online so I have just started my "internet archaeology" to find out what connectors are used here and there.. I always like to do the homework before modding. The Webcam MB connector seems to be a "ACES 88266 05001" if the schematics is trustworthy that will say.. I haven't confirmed this but will try to get my hands on one to check. It would be a wonderful place to "tap in" concidering the proximity to the WLAN antenna hole in the MB.
