I cloned my 8GB SSD (with Acronis True Image) to my new 32GB RunCore.

Before installing the new SSD, my Mini 9 would wake from Standby instantaneously and now it takes 8 seconds.

Any help with this would be much appreciated,

I installed a 64gb runcore in my mini 9. Same installation as you. It was running painfully slow, so much so I thought about making a smaller partition for the OS. Saw this program and gave it a go. Yep it really does work.
Flashfire used to be called Flashpoint. There are 2 versions out there. The v6 is fine for XP installs and the v5 works with windows7. I cannot speak about v5 but have installed version 6 on my dell mini 9 and working great.
Download, unzip and right click on "InstallUpperSSD.inf" then click install.
You will be asked to restart your computer and then watch the difference!

At least it worked well for me.

Do a web search for Flashfire download, you should find a download somewhere.
