My mini 9 has a setting for Bluetooth in the BIOS, but no Bluetooth devices in Device Manager.

Does it have Bluetooth? If so, what do I need to do to enable it?

It may or may not have Bluetooth. Dell has a tool on its web site where you can enter in the service tag and it will tell you what it was built with.

You probably need the "Wireless Switch" utility to turn on Bluetooth.

Didn't think of that, thank you. The answer is no, so I've ordered a dongle on eBay.
