Who says it's crappy? It's just smaller than some people want. The stock RAM is actually capable of faster speeds than the Mini can use. Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 8 |

That Patriot memory should work - it is the right kind, anyway. Perhaps you did not seat it correctly or perhaps it is defective. I have a Kingston ValueRAM 2GB stick in my Mini 9 and it works fine. Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 8 |
