Default Intel SSD 310 Series - Would it work? - 12-30-2010, 10:17 PM

I wonder if this newly announced Intel SSD 310 Series would work in the Mini 9. Of course there is the physical and the technical compatibility issue, but I wonder about both of these individually.

Any thoughts?

Nope. Physically, it fits. Electrically, it doesn't.

As Holes has said - the form factor is correct but this is an SATA SSD, the mini needs PATA hence the electrical difference.
