When i boot mine, it doesnt allow me to get to the setup because of the F1 issue, so i was going to go to the Std battery to load up the defaults in the 00 bios to see if it helped with the battery errors, but I cant get it out the looking at the underside, the right hand side is stuck (the one with the click open / close latch, not the left hand side with the spring loaded latch) Seems like its stuck pretty good and I cant get it out! Never had this problem before.. Wonder if the holes are to deep or something and its catching.. anyone else have this problem? |

So, if there were 8 cells at about 3.2 volts that would mean that each cell would have to have around 3,000 mAH capacity to get 77 Watt Hours. |

(viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2278) so, this big battery is actually 2800mAhx2=5600mAhx11.1v=62160mWh, more than "64Wh" battery some people sell but just have 2200 cell too and report only 48840mWh, exactly the double as the dell battery, 24420mWh (now 35Wh with A04, reading 3200 cells). that is the reason why the big battery stands for more than double the regular battery, because they use 2800mAh cell instead 2200. so, this is too the real difference between "77Wh" and "64Wh" listed batteries. |

Is that only present when you are charging the battery and connected to the AC adapter and does it go away when I unplug it? When you turn off the unit, can you hibernate it? Also, are you running A04 or A00 (or something in between)? |

I did Not reset to Default before I used A00 so that might be an option.. The biggest problem I have is every time i boot it (even from hibernation) I get a Strike F1 to conitnue, when the AC is not connected before I start.. its annoying but to get 11 hrs out of it, ill live with it till someone can figure out a work around / fix.. |
