When batteries are wired in series, you don't get multiples of the amperage, you get multiples of the voltage. What'd this pack say, 5200mah? You have two sets of 4 batteries in that pack, so they'd be 2600mah batteries in that case.

the battery is labelled 5200mAh 14.8V, but the info shows 7600mAh at 11.1v (7811.11111 @ 10.8). the max capacity we get in the market is 2600mAh each cell, but 7600/2=3800mAh, there's no cell with that capacity in these form factor.

and remember, the numbers of the test are full loaded, the regular times is around 120-130% that value.
Well, Hell. . . That's sealed the deal. I'll have to get one of these batteries now. Anybody got any spare disposable income?

2600mAH is way off.. I have AA NiMH cells that are 2700mAH, and they can be had in 3000mAH as well. Being that the batteries in this pack are Li-Ion, I fully expect it to be far higher capacity, like the 3800 your findings are indicating, that makes a lot more sense.
Just because you can't buy Li-Ion cells like that in the general public, doesn't mean there isn't some factory in China spitting them out to OEM's (and the little guys on eBay who probably work at that factory and are probably buying them with some kind of employee deal)..

but AA cells are only 1.5V, rechargeables 1.2V.

let see AA batteries with 3000mAh @ 1.5V:

2x2pack ==> 3Vx6000mAh = 18Wh

3x1pack ==> 4.5Vx3000mAh = 13.5Wh

18650 cells 2000mAh @ 3.7V:

2x2pack ==> 7.4Vx4000mAh = 29Wh

3x1pack ==> 11.1Vx2000mAh = 22Wh

see the difference?

-----zooooommmmmm------

at 8:30 fall from 10 to 0% (geronimoooooo!), then i pressed the power button, beginning to shut down and then black screen and no lights, but it was too quick, maybe just died :lol:
