Just order it from Dell. I read that the cheap ones on ebay and other sites can't charge the battery while the netbook is on. Some of the sites that sell them confirm this.

dell mini9, stock 4gb ssd, 2gb ram, UNR 9.10

OEM is always a safe bet but of course also more expensive.
Aftermarket ones are ok as long as they are of decent quality (I know, it's impossible to tell ahead of buying) and have the proper output ratings. I have one sourced from Ebay that works just fine, it's an inline-brick type rather than a wall-wart. No problem charging while the Mini is on. Sorry I don't have a link as I bought it about a year ago.

I also bought one on EBay about a year ago, same configuration as Fox M has, works fine, charges while mini is on or off. Sorrry no link either. Paid $13.00.

I just bought an extra one to keep at my office and it works great. I purchased it from Amazon for $30 and the seller noted that it was an original Dell OEM. I just searched again and there is another seller who is selling an original OEM for 25. I order mine from computer solution tech. Search DELL MADE ORIGINAL GENUINE NEW and you should find a couple sellers.
