I have got dell mini 9 with only its default 8gb SSD drive, no i want to upgrade, but the problem is that SSD is very costly.
I need advise, I have heard about a CF converter and using CF card in replacement to SSD drive, does any one got experience of using it on Dell mini 9??
is it possible and if possible then what is speed and performance of it as compared to SSD??

It won't work. The CF converter connects by USB and the SSD slot is custom-wired for the ISE SSDs that the Mini 9 uses.
