I want to take this sdhc usb card reader .... http://images.marketplaceadvisor.cha...X07_3_es_L.jpg ....... remove the shell and the usb plug and hardwire it into the wwan spot. But I am not very good at soldering really tiny spots like the wwan socket connections.... so what I am wondering will work if I just wire it into one of the extra usb slots on the side of the mini 9 (I only need two usb slots for regular use). I have an extra 8gb sdhc card I want to use as extra storage (mostly just to hold movies). WOuld this work.... or am I wrong? Or is there a better way? |

I did this on an eeePC last year. EeeUser Forum / touchscreen with no solder and no holes in case and, if you plug in a hub, you can have 4 ports to add things (touchscreen, GPS, etc) good luck. |
