It's either Dell's online chat or call their 800 number and order a part... Several of us have gotten this keyboard and there doesn't seem to be a "best" way to order.

I'm curious if anyone has modded this keyboard due to its double \ key. Any interesting key-swaps or remappings for the extra one?

I just ordered one as I am constantly mistyping emails because of the ' " key, and I also spend a great deal of time in Ubuntu's shell or SSH'd into my home server (running Ubuntu Server 8.04 x64). $14.99 is a steal!

My CSR was named Lynjen and he/she was very helpful. I especially liked her plea for me to fill out their survey:

I will appreciate it if you take time to answer the 5 question survey that will pop out at the end of this chat. :-) We are having a friendly competition here, your comments/commendations will surely make me beat their pants off.
One thing to note - the part is currently out of stock, but my CSR told me I should receive a call in 24-48 hours confirming the order. I'll post back here if something changes.

In mid-December, I ordered two international keyboards. They work great, and I had no problems replacing the keyboards. The box they arrived in, however, was a total disaster. They keyboard boxes inside were fine and the keyboards had zero damage, so it wasn't that big of a deal. But check out the box they arrived in:
