Default Aftermarket power adapter - 12-01-2008, 05:30 PM

Anyone have one of these:

I'm thinking of buying an additional adapter, and at 1/3 the price, its tempting.

Its alot cheaper than the Mini adapter avail from Dell. Let us know how well it works!

Looks nothing like the dell version, but the power specs and plug match, so there is no reason it wouldn't work. I've bought several ebay special power adapters and never once had a problem.

In fact I have bought from that seller. He has excellent feedback--and over 30,000 positive.

I'd guess Apple has some copyrights here or something, otherwise I think there would be aftermarket stuff out there by now... i.e. a two-part mag-safe upgrade.
