Hard to say what is "reasonable", but prices tend to be in the range $60-$100. I have been very happy with my LG "Slim" DVD-RW. People have complained about the Dell-branded ones made by IOMagic. Be sure that whatever you buy has the ability to take power separately, either with an AC adapter or second USB cable, as some can be erratic if they're plugged into the USB port only. (Use the port closest to the Mini's power plug.)

here's what i got, works great....
the cord is short but that helps keep it all packed away and portable in its little case.
it came with a plug in, but ive never needed it. also it runs well on any of the usb plugs.

also if you're planning to install osx, make sure you get one that is mac compatible so it can read the install disc and dvds after the install.
