There seems to be some debate about whether defragging helps with an SSD or not, but given the limited lifespan I agree that it isn't a good idea to do this regularly.
Personally I disabled hibernation, defragged, and then re-enabled hibernation and that got me an unfragmented hiberfil.sys. I've only got 8GB at the moment, so it wouldn't defrag the hiberfil.sys otherwise...
Anyway, after the defrag the hibernate and restore from hibernate certainly seemed quicker. Could have been imagining it, but I don't think so.

Defragging is under debate only be people who don't understand the technology, or what "wear-leveling" is. You completely nullify wear levelling when you "defrag" an SSD.
Here's a short article about wear leveling. Essentially, the controller on the SSD is overriding the file system's desire to keep things in order, so that you don't wear out any individual sector faster than another. Since there are no moving parts in an SSD, there's no delay between sectors, so there's no need for the data to be arranged in order like on a normal HDD. On a normal HDD, if the data is scattered, the disk moves the head to the first piece, reads that, moves the head to the next piece, reads that, etc.. That head movement time is what slows down the read. Obviously not an issue with SSD, the whole drive is like the cache on a normal HDD. Instant reads.
