you can cancel orders only by phone right?
I canceled using the chat service.

Their customer service I found is great and I will definitely order from them should those new SSDs sleep and be fast.

I used chat yesterday to check on the status of my order (one of the first batch of 32GB RunCore drives). They're still stuck in Customs, according to the helpful guy on chat...

We have only 17pcs 32GB and 33pcs 64GB left out of the 1st shipment. If you don't want to wait untill the 8th you better move fast.

This is what threw a lot of people off. It seems to have been a complete lie, as nobody who had ordered before this post was made, or immediately after it has received a shipment notice. Was the first batch defective? If so - what's the deal with the one JKK Mobile reviewed? He even appeared to have a second one sitting on the desk next to his Mini9 during the review.
At this point, it feels more like a group buy than buying from a vendor. In a group buy, you get a bunch of people together to agree to buy something, then you buy it in bulk from the manufacturer that typically won't sell in small quantities. This saves you from having to have the big investment money up front.

I am just curious. If you go to their website and you log in and you go to your "my account" and the click "account history" and then click "invoice history". Is it just me or does everyone get the message "The system did not find any orders for your account. If you feel this is incorrect, please contact us. Thanks." This is a little un-nerving to me.

I get the same message. I was emailed a PDF with my order on it a few days ago, but I haven't seen a charge to my account yet. I'm sure they will charge my account when the item ships and is invoiced, and maybe at that point the invoice will show up in the online account.....

Yeah, my last two purchases are listed, and this current one isn't. No big deal on that front.

Ok, cool. Just wanted to see if it was just me or not. Most places that I make an order with have some kind of record of the order whether it has shipped or not. Anyway. Thanks

Since I am no longer in a rush for my Runcore 64GB, I went ahead and cancelled my original order placed on Thanksgiving Eve and opted to get $44.00 back through eBay/Live Cashback. Doug said there is a large amount of SSDs that he has ordered so many of us will get them when they ship out on the 8th.
