there are special tools for removing vundo (vundofix), but most antispyware apps remove it. the most likely reason that mcafee and norton aren't removing it is because it is more of a spyware nature than a virus.
try malwarebytes, super anti spyware, or spybot; any one of those should remove vundo.
also check out majorgeeks.com they have a really great message board dedicated to helping people with spyware problems.

Might want to try avast antivirus, maybe get in in safe mode (F5 and or F8 at boot up) and uninstall your other AV and install avast. Its major advantage is the boot time scan, where it will scan before the virus gets a chance to load into your ram. Plus, its free!
