Default WLAN w/ n series - 04-02-2009, 03:19 AM

Hi all,
I bought a mini 9(ubuntu preinstalled) 64GB 1RAM n series sticker.
Installed OSX(10.5.6) retail directly, type 11 method w/boot 123. But airport keep turning off when I connect it.
I would like to ask what type of WLAN you have on yours.
My model# is Broadcom BCM94312MCG. What type of WLAN mini card is installed on XP version?
Is mine different model with XP version?
Please check the image attatched below and comments about this issue.

AFAIK, all Minis ship w/Dell Wireless 1395 Broadcom 802.11b/g equipped.

Several people have reported success installing aftermarket draft-N WLAN as well.

[attachment=0:26ygdvzd][/attachment:26ygdvzd]If you can boot from an ubuntu live cd, you can install the wireless switch Program. When you do that, open it and turn on the wifi. when you know the wifi is on, force the computer to shut down by pulling the battery and the ac adapter. then boot into OSX
