Good Luck, Windows does not like to installed on a USB, you can install it FROM a USB but installing it TO a USB will be a problem....Microsoft sees to this..remember that installing windows will cause the system to re-boot a couple of times and this way the install will not be able to continue, registry files need to be updated wont work...but Good Luck to ya anyway

Yes, once the OS is loaded you can use the SD slot for whatever you want.
