To close this thread : i finally manage to repair my almost complete Dell mini 9.
That was a Bios problem, in fact all the recovery's methods weren't worked because i had no keyboard to press Fn-B ! But i have desoldered the Bios chip and i have flashed the Bios with a USB SPI programmer with the last Bios binary. i have soldered it back ... and tada a Dell beautifull splash screen !
It works without
SSD, without keyboard and trackpad, without internal screen ... with only a RAM, a bios battery, the battery and an external monitor.
To also answer to the super-moderator, i can, now, buy a keyboard and a
SSD on eBay because i know it works !
