Installed FEM32GFDI (the original STEC Died).

Running BIOS A06. SSD recognized in BIOS as FEM32GFDL - (PM)
Under BIOS Boot section Hard Drive ! FEM32GFDL. Does the exclamation point have a meaning?

Using an external I/O Magic DVD player, and reinstall disc from Dell - ( Green - Reinstallation CD MS XP Home Edition SP 3 for Ultra Low Cost PCs) - appears files are copied to SSD, install initializes and reboots only to start from the beginning.

Is this a driver problem or SSD problem?

Others here seem to have had no problems with the SuperTalent SSD.

Sorry if this is a duplicate as my first post got lost??

An exclamation point next to a bootable device in the Mini 9's BIOS means that it's disabled. Hit "Shift + 1" while the device is highlighted to toggle.

You sir are a guru!! I have spent days on this. On the upside, I learned BARTPE and NLite. XP loaded fine from a Nlite produced CD.

Thank You!!
