14 months ago I bought a Mini 9 directly from DELL Brazil (meaning the computer is registered to me). I went on vacation and I completely forgot my BIOS password. I had a look at the forums, and decided to call DELL's Support to see what they were able to do. I have been waiting since monday for a password, and now they have told me that they are not able to create a counterpassword, and the only solution is to replace the motherboard.
What amazes me, is that they are really serious about this. I am about to lose a perfect computer for one lost password.
Does anyone have a clue what I could do?
