I have my mini9 comes in few days ago. I downgraded (or upgraded, whatever) it to WinXP lite that I made myself. I have also installed all the dell drivers, and everything works fine until I try to video chat with skype or qq (a chatting program very popular in Chinese community). Here's what I got:

I can hear my friend and they can hear me for less 3 seconds, and then we can only saw each other silently.

I tested my mic with the recording program of XP, it works fine. I can hear what i said after replaying the recorded audio. I even reinstalled the audio driver and skype program, still don't work.

I'm not running any other program. Can anyone help me out?
