Dell Mini 9 running WinXP, BIOS ver A05. Installed my new Runcore 32GB SSD today. BIOS utility sees the SSD and identifies it correctly, but when I try to enter the boot option menu so that I can install the OS, I get the blue box that says "Enter HDD Password". Any ideas on how to fix?

Just instructed by MDD to return SSD for replacement. They say it is not a common problem but does happen. Problem in the PCIe. Even Runcore can't help them fix it.

Even though the cloning process went off without a hitch, once it is installed you are prompted for "HDD Password". Don't fight it. Get a new one.
