I would recommend booting to the resource CD and run the diagnostics. I had another system that would have random BSOD issues. Turns out it was the hard drive that had a few bad sectors and when the system tried to access it I would get the BSOD. I ran the diags and the hard drive seek test failed. May not solve your problems, but it could point you in the right direction.

Thanks you guys (and sorry for hijacking this thread)...I found the minidump files, but I'm not techie enough to find the stop code within them, so I'll be taking my mini to work tomorrow, and let the IT have his way with my mini.
