What a pain. I ordered the bluetooth module, but it took three people and three calls to get them to give it to me. The first two said it was "no longer available", so I changed it to business services and said it was for my home business and then I had no problem ordering it. 19.95 plus shipping... maybe they don't like giving it to home users or something.

I don't get it... but, heck, as long as it's headed my way. If you don't succeed with the first person, try, try, again.

Nope... I just told them it was for my "Home-Business"... I didn't know if that made the difference, or if it was just a different person that knew better what to do. It's a crapshoot I guess. Everything tells me that they have them in stock or available and if you don't get it set up with one person, hang up and try again. Worked for me.

The online chat people refused to sell me the bluetooth module, so I called the support number and told them I was a business - they ordered the part in less than 5 minutes. Should be here in a week!

I just called Dell Canada Parts (1-866-440-3355) about purchasing a STEC 16GB or 32GB and I was shocked at the price:

STEC 16GB - X442G - $279.00 CDN
STEC 32GB - 0U818M - $359.00 CDN

That's just nuts. I guess I'll be waiting for my RunCore after all (3 weeks so far). :lol:

Well after jacking up my lid with a Dremel (mind you it isn't THAT bad, but not perfect), I was able to order another through chat last night with Dell... guess I lucked out... First person knew exactly what I wanted.

She was very helpful and I have not seen her name her, so you might give her a try as well.
