| Well, I'm new here but wanted the BT module and keyboard. Tried the chat session several times with no luck. Tried by phone once - again no success. All could find the part but said that it wasn't available. I emailed Yaphet_Merrit@Dell.com last night giving the parts I needed, my telephone number and Dell customer number. I got an Out of Office reply stating that he works 9-5CST - this morning at 9am I got a call back from him and within 5 mins I had completed my order (where all others had failed!). Success!@! So, if you're struggling, it seems this guy is the way to go..... Cheers, John |

| For the 64Gig drive I would suggest going with the Runcore model since its faster and quite possibly cheaper. The Japanese keyboard may be a bit of a challenge but worth it. Try Dell in Japan, They might have it where it would not be available here in the states. Truly I'm not even sure its even available ... so Good Luck! ![]()

| FYI - I also ordered the BT and 1.3MP camera/bezel. I sent the request via e-mail to yaphet_merrit@dell.com as others here have recommended. He does HAVE to call you to get payment info. I gave him the p/n's from here and my Dell customer number (he verified my address against my account info), along with the order number from where I ordered the Mini's. |

| Yah it seems hit or miss if you use dell chat to request additional parts. I attempted to order the BT with the stated part number friday night and the lady said they were out of stock but would take down my email and let me know when they are in. She said there was no ETA. I then jumped back on dell chat saturday morning and another consultant told me they were out of them. He then questioned me as to whether or not I know how to put one in, and then attepmted to sell me an external USB BT. Of course I said no and then asked when they would have internal BT's available. He said he would put in a part request and special order it for me and it would be in two days later for shipping. Well 5 minutes into the process of giving him my info, he says: "good news, your part request has been approved and we can ship one out today". 5 minutes later I was called to confirm my parts request and $26 later I got my internal BT. Suppose to be here tuesday. Guess it is hit or miss with these raps. |

| Yaphet is the man to deal with. Send him an email with your customer number and the stuff you want and he'll get it taken care of. He is pretty easy to understand on the phone too, so don't worry about that. On a side note....I ordered two BT modules and a US intl keyboard. When I got the package, one BT was missing. So I sent an email to customer support....they told me it wasnt available anymore and that I could get a refund. So I sent an email to yahpet and today he replied and told me I'd have it by tomorrow. So pretty much if you want a no hassle way of getting the BT module or US intl keyboard, give Yaphet a shot. I just hope this guy gets commission for sales. |

| Hey guys... I successfully ordered a BT module using Dell Sales Chat. He found the part right away and placing the order was a breeze. About Yaphet, he also speaks Spanish if someone needs assistance in Spanish. I talked to him while trying to place an order for the Cherry Red Lid Cover. No luck on this even with Yaphet. hahaha... Good luck..
