It's all working now (typing on OS X with everything working right now!)

Happy with my small Hackbook although I dont have much space left (1.2gb) but at least I didn't have to get rid of applications that I've heard some people had to do.

Might get iWorks now, or Office.

Congrats on getting your system up and running. You may want to look into two apps called XSlimmer and Monolingual if you want to free up disk space, especially if you're going to install a newer version of Office. They strip out unused stuff in the OS and save a fair amount of space.

I managed to shoehorn Mac OS 10.5.7 + an older version of Office on my Mini 9's original 8 GB SDD, but it's a tight fit. Runs beautifully, though. Next step is a 16GB / 32GB SDD + more RAM.
