Before I try to really ding things up with custom keyboard mapping -- is there any way to access the extended ASCII characters, such as ® (Alt-0174 on a PC) or € (Alt-0128 via PC keyboard) on a Mini 9 with Windows XP? (BTW, I'm not using the Mini 9 at the moment to write this.) I realize that programs such as Microsoft Works have an "extended character" command, but I'd like to have this for all programs. And, yeah, I can go and use the Character Map applet to copy-and-paste a character, but the Alt and a few numbers is a lot quicker.
