Default Reboot advice - 03-07-2009, 11:41 PM

My spouse has a Mini 910 and I have to reboot it because she has a very bad virus on it. Any existing files are okay to "Iose". I have the OS disc, but can't seem to get the BIOS(?) settings correct so the OS will reboot. Can someone point me to an appropriate thread or step by step procedure to accomplish the reboot. I also have the two driver discs to use later as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I assume you have a USB CD or DVD drive connected with the OS CD in it? Power on the Mini and when the Dell logo appears, press zero. This will bring up a menu where you can select the CD/DVD drive to boot from.
