Don't let BestBuy get away with not serving your dell. I took mine straight to the geek squad...let them pay for all the shipping costs and the repairs. When you bought your dell there should have been a document in the box that states Bestbuy and Futureshop are authorized/required to provide the service. When I showed this to the geek, he was very nice and extremely helpful. And I didn't have to wait that long for the repairs. Good luck.
I'm editing this post. Changed my mind about Bestbuy. I took my mini in thinking how great it was that I didn't have to deal with shipping it back and forth but I've had to take it in three times now. Each time they fix something, it comes back with something else wrong that they have done. I've never had problem with things I've ordered direct from Dell. Oh well...I won't make the same mistake.
