lol.......not much to tell, I took it back to Sam's and got a Full Refund. All this started out as a data problem. Dell sent the wrong computer to 18,000 people. The service tags #'s were canceled on them and Dell Refuses to warranty them. Sam's talked me into keeping the wrong computer, the only problem is that Dell issued the person that was supposed to have gotten it a refund, so they canceled the service tag. I hope Dell chokes on their own garbage. They stole 6 hrs of my life messing with their Tech and customer service.
