Default Weighing repair cost vs new computer - 05-11-2016, 04:04 AM

I'm curious to hear all opinions.

Does it make sense to spend time and/or money to repair/replace/upgrade parts in a Dell Mini 9? Is it cost effective?

Are you better off buying a newer computer or tablet for the price you would pay to buy/repair/upgrade parts?

I haven't really decided my own opinion yet.

that depends on what is broken.

if the MB is broken try searching ebay, you can get parts as cheap as 5$ for a MB you are 10-20$

shops will say prices between 50-300$ for a repair, since they dont know what the problem is

I would not put any money into a Mini 9 at this time, but I don't know what your finances are like. You can buy a much better performing 10" notebook for $200 or so.
