Default How to map Numeric 0 (zero) ? - 02-12-2009, 03:19 AM

OK, here it goes, the program I use for work requires using numeric zero. Regular zero does not work in the application I'm using. On my old laptop I kept pressing FN + M and it worked OK.
I tried this remapping program provided by Microsoft (article found in the Guides section) but I couldn't figure out the code for numeric zero. I tried some character-codes from internet and I kept endig up with ` or tiny TM symbol.

What U+ code numeric zero has? Or what other work around I have besides buying USB numeric keyboard?

Yes, it is on Windows XP.

Thanks!

In this doc file on Microsoft's website, it lists all kind of stuff on keyboard scancodes. Perhaps it may help you figure out what codes to use.

Here's an excerpt:
Code:
key location	101/102 Enhanced Keyboard	scan 1 make	scan 1 break	scan 2 make	scan 2 brake
99 Numeric 0 52 D2 70 F0 70
