Do the 2GB RAM upgrade first. I haven't tried Hulu, but I run Xvid Movies all the time, even fullscreen, without any problem whatsoever (A90). The RAM upgrade is a must and worth the $40 stick you can get from Amazon, Newegg, or elsewhere.....JMHO....
