"SMBus" is part of the system board chipset, not the card reader.

Chrome ain't ready for prime-time, heck it's not even technically beta.

Ok, I guess I just forgot to download the JMicro chipset driver.

Can anyone tell me what Fn+3 or Fn+2 is supposed to do? Nothing happens when I press these on my Vostro's.

Also, when dimming the screen and changing the volume settings with the Fn key, is there a way to get a meter like Quickset or something similar? I don't know how bright my screen is.

Fn-2 is supposed to bring up the Wireless Select Switch, Fn-3 brings up the battery meter. No, there's no on-screen indication of the brightness scale.
