Hey Guys, I just installed XP Pro on my Mini and I seem to be having a problem: 1. going into standby (grayed out on turn off option) 2. having my battery meter work 3. automatically turning off the computer (it says it's 'safe to turn off the computer' after shut down) I have heard that this may be a problem with the ACPI/Power Management, but is there any way to fix these without having to reformat again? Thanks! |

You don't have the right drivers installed. Use the driver disk that came with your machine. |

I installed all of the drivers on Dell's website for the mini, so I don't know if that's the problem. I even went so far as to install in the order designated and restart after every install, something I rarely do  |
