Take a look at this:
The end result of their calculation is that it should take 51 years writing at full speed to destroy a 64GB SSD with 2 million cycles per flash cell. Of course this would be less for the 16GB SSD of the mini, but still I don't think it's anything worth thinking about...

Yeah, 51 years of non stop full speed writes.. Periodic short writes like you're going to see, even on a smaller flash, even with less write cycles available, you probably will see more like with SSD than with a real HDD.
