Hello everyone, I've had my Dell Mini 9 for around 6 months now and it's been a real lifesaver, especially with the built-in 3G wireless service (offered by vodafone). Unforetunately the unit has Greek Windows XP Home installed (bought here in Greece via vodafone) and also has the restore disks in Greek as well. When I called the local Dell support phone, they told me that the English version of the restore disks weren't available. Can someone help out by telling me where I can obtain/purchase the English restore disks. Please keep in mind that my unit only has a 8GB ssd installed. Thanks! Loreto |

You can't buy the Dell restore CD from anyone but Dell, and Dell typically won't provide any version other than the one shipped with the PC. I had thought that you could get an English "language pack", but these are not available for XP. Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 8 |

I also could use the original discs for my mini as mine has gotten pretty corrupted anyone that could plz help i would be grateful mine has gotten misplaced in our move and I cannot find them, even a backup would be fine if you can help shoot me a email or pm...Thx |
